I'm Elaine, a native New Yorker, real food lover, certified health coach, mother and recipe developer.
I work with time poor women helping them reclaim their energy and improve their health and wellness by working on their nutrition and self-care needs.
I'll teach you how to create and set realistic goals , cook with more knowledge and purpose as well as share my time saving tips in the kitchen so you have more time for self care – for me that’s time with my family, exercise and creating recipes. Yes I'm one of those food nerds who love to read cookbooks and can talk endlessly about good food and health.
After all it’s all about balance.

What was my wake up call to motivate me to take action and become a better and healthier me?
A decade ago, my life looked very different. Wellness was not a priority and I sure didn’t understand balance. Most of my whole life had been eating processed foods and fruits and vegetables which had traveled many miles to get to my plate.
I was exhausted, stressed, had food sensitivities and needed coffee and sugar to keep me going throughout the day.
Two things significantly changed the path to my improved wellness. First, I left my corporate job and opened one of Melbourne's first salad bars in the CBD called Sprout. Working side by side with an award winning chef I learned the kitchen basics and the importance of using quality and fresh ingredients.
Second, whilst trying to fall pregnant my food choices were critical to not only myself but to my unborn child. I learned how to really nourish my body – through nutrition and lifestyle. Once my children were born my true transformation began.
Being a time poor mother in a busy world was somewhat overwhelming. The steps it took me to make long lasting healthy changes, along with my training to become a Health and Wellness Coach are tools I would like to pass on to you.
